Role Overview
Anblicks is looking for a high‑impact
Account Manager
with proven experience in
selling Data, AI, Analytics, and Cloud solutions and services
to enterprise customers. This role is responsible for
driving revenue through solution-led sales
, managing strategic accounts, and expanding customer relationships across
CRE, Retail, and BFSI sectors
.
The Account Manager will act as a
hunter–farmer hybrid
, owning the full lifecycle from opportunity identification and solutioning to deal closure and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)
Drive
sales of Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Managed Services
offerings to existing and new customers.
Own the
sales pipeline
, from lead qualification and solution positioning to deal closure.
Meet and exceed
revenue, TCV, and account growth targets
.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts through solution-led conversations.
Solutioning & Customer Engagement
Understand customer business challenges and map them to
Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud, and Modern Data Platform solutions
.
Collaborate with pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams to build
proposals, SOWs, and solution roadmaps
.
Present value propositions, case studies, and POVs to senior customer stakeholders.
Account Management & Relationship Ownership
Own relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
Act as the single point of accountability for account health, customer satisfaction, and renewals.
Conduct regular account reviews and executive updates.
Delivery & Governance Support
Partner with delivery leaders to ensure solutions sold are delivered successfully.
Support governance, risk management, and escalation handling as needed.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery outcomes.
Domain Exposure (Good to Have)
CRE:
Property analytics, portfolio management, lease and asset analytics.
Retail:
Customer analytics, merchandising, supply chain, omnichannel data platforms.
BFSI:
Banking, financial services, insurance data platforms, compliance-aware analytics.
Required Skills & Experience
7–12 years of experience in
selling IT services / consulting solutions
, preferably in
Data, AI, Analytics, or Cloud
.
Strong track record of
enterprise solution sales
and account growth.
Experience working with
onshore–offshore delivery models
.
Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling
data engineering, AI/ML, cloud migration, analytics platforms, or managed services
.
Exposure to consulting or digital transformation environments.
Experience working with US or global enterprise customers.
