Your Mission:
You will be the strategic engine bridging enterprise needs with AI-native testing solutions, driving deep product adoption and massive revenue expansion across our most complex accounts.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. Relationship Management (50%)
Own key accounts as the primary point of contact, delivering insights that help clients scale smarter through usage pattern analysis.
Deep dive into feedback loops and business needs to ensure long-term alignment with the platform.
Drive continuous product adoption by identifying and solving high-level client business challenges.
2. Business Growth (30%)
Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential within existing enterprise accounts.
Drive account renewals and expansions by consistently demonstrating the ROI of autonomous testing.
Manage intricate stakeholder relationships to navigate complex procurement and growth cycles.
3. Performance + Coordination (20%)
Track and report account performance regularly to maintain visibility into account health and expansion readiness.
Collaborate across Sales, CS, and Product teams to resolve blockers and deliver exceptional client service.
Proactively address client challenges without supervision to maintain seamless service delivery.
