the
Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, market understanding, and strong communication skills to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across target markets
Understand client needs and align Frost & Sullivan’s offerings accordingly
Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal research and consulting teams to deliver customised solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or consulting sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with market research or consulting services is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
