ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a high-agency sales professional to drive net-new client acquisition for Awiros across enterprise and public sector accounts. We are looking for someone who can open doors, build pipeline from scratch, create momentum in complex sales cycles, and convert opportunities through sharp discovery, strong stakeholder management, and commercial ownership. The role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and hungry to learn enough about customer problems and Awiros’ offerings to create real business value. While candidates with 2 to 7 years of experience may be a fit, we care far more about track record, pipeline-building ability, learning agility, and hunger than rigid experience bands. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and/or public sector accounts Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound efforts, referrals, networking, and strategic account penetration Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers, champions, evaluators, and influencers across target accounts Understand customer problem statements, business priorities, and operational contexts to position Awiros’ offerings effectively Lead discovery conversations and early-stage solution discussions with business and technical stakeholders Create and progress opportunities across long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, evaluations, POCs, procurement steps, and commercial discussions Work closely with Presales, Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams to shape winning approaches and move deals forward Maintain strong discipline across pipeline generation, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and next-step ownership Build credibility with customers through preparation, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly Bring customer and market feedback into internal discussions to improve positioning, messaging, and win strategy WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 2–7 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Solution Sales, Public Sector Sales, or B2B technology sales Experience selling to enterprise accounts, government / public sector accounts, or both Strong track record in client acquisition, hunting, and pipeline creation Ability to build opportunities proactively rather than relying only on inbound leads or existing accounts Strong commercial ownership, follow-through, and deal momentum Ability to understand customer needs and connect solutions to business value Comfort engaging multiple stakeholders across business, technical, and procurement functions Comfort working through long, complex, and non-linear sales cycles Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills High discipline in pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and CRM hygiene IDEAL PROFILE: Hunter mindset with strong commercial drive Builds pipeline consistently instead of waiting for opportunities Learns fast and adapts quickly to new industries, products, and customer contexts Curious enough to understand customer pain points beyond surface-level requirements Comfortable navigating ambiguity, long cycles, and evolving deal dynamics Strong at opening conversations, building trust, and maintaining momentum Coachable, competitive, and serious about improving win quality WHY JOIN AWIROS?
