About this role

Maximize market share and probability with every strategic automotive customer in the region assigned. Secure new business for new products and new applications in line with DCS strategy. Manage and allocate the human resources in his assigned territory dedicated to the customer segment in order to reach the above objectives. Establish and propose the SAP and budget for the sales activities in the dedicated market segment in the region compatible with the overall objectives defined by the Sales & Marketing Manager – India. Ensuring the compliance of customer specific requirements. Control on a regular basis the implementation of the actions and take all the corrective actions if needed, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and strategy objectives. Be responsible for the Sales activities in the dedicated market segment in the region and interface with the operations on customer related subjects and issues like quality demand productivity, improvement, customer expectations, supply volumes etc. Identify the market trends and needs for new applications and opportunities for the Automotive customer in the region. Maximize CS’s content on customer OEM platforms.
