Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building rapport and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements Gathering:
Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements, staffing needs, and technical specifications.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the recruitment/staffing team to deliver qualified candidates on time.
Sales Support:
Assist in promoting new services and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Operational Support:
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and sales reports in the CRM system.
Issue Resolution:
Address client queries and complaints promptly, providing effective solutions.
