About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to support client servicing, project coordination, and execution tracking across content and SEO-led accounts, primarily within the BFSI sector.
The role involves working closely with internal content, SEO, and design teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and operational efficiency across ongoing projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Coordination
Act as the day-to-day coordination point between clients and internal teams
Manage client communication, follow-ups, approvals, and feedback loops · Prepare MOMs, status updates, and execution trackers
Coordinate with content, SEO, and graphic design teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and visual content
Track timelines, deliverables, and ongoing campaign requirements across accounts
Reporting & Operations
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and tracker updates
Maintain organized documentation for client communication and project status
Support campaign tracking and execution reporting
Ensure smooth coordination across multiple ongoing projects and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination roles
Experience handling content, SEO, or digital marketing projects preferred
Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO workflows, and visual content coordination
Preparing report decks
Familiarity with BFSI communication ecosystems is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams
Good to Have
Experience working with BFSI brands
Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and workflow tools
Exposure to project management and collaboration tools
