Roles, Responsibilities, Authorities, Task & duties of the Position
As an Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating exclusive and extraordinary experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of events/activations/experiences that elevate our client’s brand image, engage our discerning clientele, and foster long-lasting relationships. With an acute attention to detail and a passion for delivering unparalleled experiences, you will uphold the highest standards of excellence in every aspect of event management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Strategy & Planning
Develop and own an annual/quarterly events calendar aligned with brand objectives, marketing priorities, and seasonal opportunities.
Conceptualize bespoke event formats that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand’s positioning and values.
Translate marketing briefs into compelling event narratives, experiences, and customer journeys.
Collaborate closely with ATL, Digital, Media, Outdoor, PR, and Content teams to ensure integrated planning and unified brand messaging.
Prepare detailed event proposals, presentations, timelines, and execution roadmaps for internal and client approvals.
2. Partner & Vendor Management
Build, nurture, and manage a diverse vendor ecosystem including production partners, venues, artists, fabricators, technology providers, and experiential specialists.
Identify best-fit partners based on scale, complexity, and brand standards of each project.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and cost optimization while maintaining execution quality.
Oversee end-to-end logistics, including production, manpower, travel, hospitality, permits, and on-ground operations.
Conduct post-event vendor evaluations and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the partner ecosystem.
3. Execution & Quality Control
Manage end-to-end event execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
Supervise on-ground teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail across guest experience, design, production quality, and service standards.
Proactively identify risks and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth execution under all conditions.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Define success metrics and KPIs for each event, including engagement, footfall, lead quality, brand impact, and ROI.
Collect and analyze attendee feedback, client inputs, and performance data post-event.
Prepare detailed post-event reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Use insights to refine future strategies and continuously raise the bar on experiential excellence.
5. New Business Development & Growth
Support the agency’s growth agenda by contributing to new business pitches, credential presentations, and client acquisition initiatives.
Identify opportunities to leverage experiential marketing as a strategic solution for prospective clients across industries.
Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop compelling pitch narratives and experience-led proposals.
Educational Qualification, experience, technical skills & knowledge:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
· Proven experience (6-8 years) in event management, in diverse field including something on the automotive industry or related field.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with affluent clientele and industry partners.
