Key Responsibilities :
Execute 3D modeling and detailing activities using Creo for various industrial product designs.
Perform sheet metal design tasks, ensuring manufacturability and adherence to design standards.
Work on layout creation, including assembly layout and arrangement for mechanical/electromechanical systems.
Support industrial product design by converting concepts into manufacturable 3D models and drawings.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and design‑to‑manufacturing alignment.
Prepare accurate drawings, models, and design documentation as per project requirements.
Utilize Windchill for design data management, revisions, and design releases (if applicable).
Skills and Experience Required
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
Strong hands-on experience in
Creo
with proficiency in
3D modeling and detailing
.
Good knowledge of
sheet metal design
, including bends, stamping, flanges, and manufacturability considerations.
Experience in
layout work
such as assembly layouts, interface layouts, and component arrangement.
Practical exposure to
industrial product design
with an understanding of real-world design constraints.
Familiarity with
manufacturing processes
, fabrication, machining, and assembly operations.
Knowledge of
GD&T
(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of
Windchill
for version control, part management, and engineering change handling will add value.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving capability, and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional environments.
