Key Responsibilities:
· Sound knowledge on ASME Codes - piping
· Perform Engineering calculations like pipe thickness and size.
· Preparation of Piping Isometrics based on Layout drawing.
· Preparation of Piping Design by referring P&ID
· IBR calculations for pipe design
· Ability to read P & ID and based on that prepare Piping 3D
· Ability to read CAESAR II report.
· Extraction of BOM from Isometric drawing
· Preparation of Piping Layout.
· Familiar with Navis model and clash test
· Preparation of P&ID based on input.
· Knowledge of equipment creation based on Equipment GA.
· Skid Basis piping Ex - Pump skid
Skills and Experience Required:
· Experience Range : 1 to 6+ years of experience in piping design and engineering
· Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
· Experience working in the oil and gas industry
· Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
· Experience with such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cad Works, AutoCAD
· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Fluency in English
· Knowledge of excel, word and Power point
· Knowledge of working on CAESAR II ( will be given preference )
