Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complete EIC techno-commercial bids including QTO, vendor TBEs/CBEs, cost build-up, risk registers, and proposal documentation.
Responsible for tender / enquiry review, quantity take-off, RFQ management, vendor techno-commercial evaluations, and proposal documentation, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and profitability.
Responsible for preparation of SLDs, cable schedules, tray routing lengths, I/O count, instruments per P&IDs, junction boxes, control panels (PCC/MCC/VFD), earthing & lightning protection, small power & lighting.
Build price sensitivity and what-if scenarios (FX, commodity, vendor alternates, make lists).
Engineering hours estimation for EIC portion, Estimate PLC/SCADA system architecture, servers/licensing, I/O modules, networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU), cybersecurity allowances, historian, reports, and logic/HMI development hours.
Quantify FAT/SAT, emulation/simulation, third-party integrations (pumps, drives, meters, analyzers).
Price risk contingencies (schedule acceleration, import exposure, warranty spares, obsolescence). Draft deviations, qualification notes, and scope split clearly (OEM vs site works).
Prepare Technical Proposal: compliance matrix, EIC narrative, equipment datasheets/GTPs, SLDs, typical layouts, I/O list summary, cause-&-effect overview etc.
Conduct proposal-to-project handover (scope matrix, cost codes, vendor baseline, risk register). Capture win/loss analysis; maintain unit-rate database and vendor performance logs.

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech
