Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product specifications using GD&T and CAD tools - Creo.
Create solid models, detailed drawings, and BOMs aligned with design intent and standards.
Ensure compliance with company, industry, and international engineering standards.
Process engineering work requests and collaborate cross-functionally.
Conduct Drawing Quality Reviews and uphold design quality practices.
Support product configuration, change management, and lifecycle documentation.
Perform modeling and analysis for system-level evaluations (e.g., DVA, FEA).
Apply mechanical systems knowledge to deliver robust, customer-focused designs.
Communicate effectively, manage complexity, and drive results with integrity.
Embrace continuous learning and contribute to a culture of trust and excellence.
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience range : 1-4 Years B.E/BTech Mechanical or Associated Branches with 1 to 4 Years of work exp.
Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Proficiency in Creo (latest version 2D & 3D), PLM (Windchill), and Product Change Management.
Hands-on experience with GD&T and a solid understanding of engineering terms.
Strong interaction skills and the ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.
Good learning ability and an understanding of various product features and their interrelationships.
Knowledge of engines and their components' functionality.
