Must have been worked Enovia V6, 3DExperience and Native applications. Ability to independently discuss business requirements in engineering and provide innovative solutions. Support the development of Proof of Concepts and Industry Solutions Expertise and experience in the implementation and deployment of the PLM tools. Thorough Knowledge of quality process preferably of Aerospace or similar industries Experience in designing, integrating, and managing IT solutions in Engineering & PLM domain Ability to provide solutions, overall design and provide recommendations for complex engineering issues Experience in building new teams, defining the road maps in Engineering & PLM Digital Capabilities domain Ability to drive Innovation team to develop new assets and tools related to PLM with the help of digital technologies. Knowledge in CI/CD & DevOps, Agile/ SAFe principle for managing Engineering/PLM applications Solution Design:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions within 3DExperience. Customization : Develop and implement custom solutions, extensions, and integrations within 3DExperience to enhance its functionality and meet specific project needs. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience using and adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Strong analytic/critical-thinking and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Established business partnerships and IS governance practices involving senior business stakeholders   Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years Total Experience Expected: 10 years Basic Qualifications and Experience: Masters / Bachelor's with 10 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field   Professional Certifications: Certification in 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
